Holly has always had a passion for sport and fitness and after many years in an office job decided to embark on a career change to dedicate herself to this passion.
Holly has experience training people with all levels of fitness, and can provide many different forms of training to suit an individual’s preferences and needs. Her own fitness journey has provided her with a strong drive to help motivate and guide others through the challenges that can be faced when trying to schedule and prioritise health and fitness into their everyday life.
The fitness lifestyle is one Holly herself lives by, be it joining outdoor boot camps, office football teams, local running groups and netball teams or by keeping up her favourite and regular regimes of kickboxing and weight sessions in the gym.
She believes that exercise should be embraced by everyone and no matter how fit you are or what lifestyle requirements you have, Holly can help you achieve your fitness goals and take steps towards healthier habits.

Akos is a Hungarian kickbox champion who came 3rd in the WAKO World Cup in the year 2000.
His promise is that you will work bloody hard in his sessions and you will enjoy that!
He has had over 20 years of experience in training people of all ages. No matter if you are 10, 40 or 80 years old, he will plan the right session for you, which will help you reach your goals, regardless if it is weight loss, getting fitter or sparring.
