BOXFIT PERSONAL TRAINING
Our uniquely designed boxing sessions are an ideal opportunity for you to learn real boxing techniques, boost your confidence, and at the same time torch calories and get that 'beach body'.
BOXFIT GROUP CLASSES
Our group sessions take the format of our high standard 1 on 1 sessions and place it into a small group environment.
